Martijn Dehaene joined Schelstraete Delacourt in 2025 as Advisory Services Lead. By expanding its services beyond executive search, Schelstraete Delacourt is s strengthening its position as a strategic partner for its clients in the field of people and organisation.

The Advisory Services team has a broad toolbox at its disposal, including internal audits, organisational benchmarking and culture scans to in-depth research into structure and governance. Schelstraete Delacourt supports organisations in a wide range of areas, such as succession planning, value creation in investment contexts, board audits and guidance on growth trajectories – for example, when organisations are expanding rapidly or evolving to the next level of maturity.

Martijn is an expert at the intersection of research-based consultancy, strategic communication and C-level consultancy. As a former partner and director at Profacts, he also has a comprehensive understanding of general business operations. He is also a Certified Assessor in Hogan Assessments.
