Fréderic Lehembre

Fréderic Lehembre began his career at Schelstraete Delacourt as a Research Consultant and progressed to the role of Partner. He leads the Finance Practice within the firm, specializing in executive searches for CFOs, Finance Directors, and strategic finance positions. Fréderic works across a range of contexts, including family businesses, publicly listed companies, and private equity-driven organizations. His expertise extends to related fields such as investment, M&A, real estate, and corporate finance.

Beyond his work in finance, Fréderic has played an active role in numerous projects related to social services and advocacy. Together with his colleagues, he has successfully conducted searches for management and board positions in the non-profit sector.

Fréderic is also responsible for the assessment and development activities within Schelstraete Delacourt. As a Certified Assessor in Hogan Assessments and SHL tools, he ensures high-quality leadership evaluations. He is also certified in the Circumplex Leadership Scan (PerCo), further enhancing his expertise in leadership development.
