Sarah Van Brabant joined Schelstraete Delacourt in February 2024 as a Senior Consultant, overseeing assignments across diverse sectors and contributing to assessments and development centers. In 2025, she expanded her responsibilities to include Marketing, Communication, and New Ventures for Schelstraete Delacourt, coordinating these efforts across the firm’s various locations.
Before joining Schelstraete Delacourt, Sarah built a versatile career in HR and Finance, holding roles at companies such as Proximus and Deloitte. She also served as Senior Manager at Eight Advisory, specializing in People & Organization within an M&A context.
As a trained coach, Sarah brings additional depth to her expertise in talent and organizational development. Sarah is also a certified PRINCE2 practitioner, bringing a methodical and results-driven approach to project management at Schelstraete Delacourt.
